We at Seema have a goal of Norway becoming a pioneering country that realizes the potential of diversity and achieves equality for everyone in working life.

 

Management system for diversity and equality
Concrete management tools and systems increase the likelihood of success in developing policies and strategies, in general, in recruitment, competence development, risk management, and the integration of gender equality and diversity work in business processes.

As the founder of Seema, Loveleen Rihel Brenna took the initiative to develop the Standard for Diversity Management System, a standard that follows an ISO template. If Seema were to put Norway and diversity management on the world map, Seema would have to have a quality-assured management system that was flexible enough for all organizations from 3 - 70,000 employees in all countries of the world. In 2018, the national Standard for Diversity Management System (SN 11201: 2018) was completed.

Seema's most crucial task is to share our expertise on leading and realizing diversity in working life.  We dream that this contributes to an even more sustainable world where all people feel safe, included, are always met as equals, and given equal opportunities in working life and elsewhere in society.

Our Advisory Board is an advisory body for all subject areas in the organization and consists of members from various industries. Common to the members is that they have a high level of professional and personal competence.
